Job Context:
∎ Gray Stone Pvt Ltd deals with Substation, Transmission Line, Power Grid, & other various government projects.
∎ We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our company.
∎ We are looking for Construction Manager for our Corporate Head Office (Dhaka). The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring all kinds of engineering projects comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations. This includes developing and implementing compliance plans, conducting audits, and resolving compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and regulations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As-built Architectural & Structural Drawing preparation.
∎ BOQ & Estimating
∎ Project Planning
∎ Analyzing & Designing RCC and steel buildings.
∎ Visit project to audit civil construction and necessary works.
∎ Site survey & Audit. .
∎ EGP Tender submission.
∎ Monitoring Project completion status and presenting progress reports at the end of each quarter
∎ If any projects fall behind schedule, putting forward plans and methods shoring up the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years Experience in related works.
∎ Strong understanding of engineering principles and standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
