Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with major in Transportation Engineering
∎ M.Sc in Transportation Engineering is preferred but not essential
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mainly responsible for road design
∎ Involve in the road interface negotiation with stakeholders, prepare technical documents
∎ Study the road along the alignment and identify road crossing scheme, prepare road transfer and relocation report, drawings
∎ Prepare qualities and work with cost estimate engineer
∎ Other Tasks assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8 years’ professional experience in the related field
∎ 3 years’ experience of similar industry
∎ The candidate should be proficient in Office and Auto CAD software, and be familiar with their respective professional designs. The above designs do not involve high-speed rail design, but conventional civil engineering design.
∎ The candidate must be fluent in speaking English
∎ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Bangla and English)
∎ Strong leadership skill
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure
∎ Quantitative analytical ability
∎ Hands on experience in Road/Traffic & analysis software is expected
∎ All requirements to be carried out independently.
