Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Foreign University.
∎

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organization of work related materials, labor force, machinery and equipment and inform the manager
∎ To work with correct and recent revised projects in the field
∎ To make the cost calculations by determining the changes, to get the necessary approvals about the change, to ensure that these changes are made in accordance with the procedure
∎ To inform the manager about all kinds of information that will constitute the basis for the progress payment by working and controls on progress payment.
∎ Check and modify As Built Drawings as required in coordination with the Contractor and Client requirements
∎ Attend bi-weekly technical meeting for the purpose of technical site problem solving
∎ Review the schedules and shall follow-up the updated schedule issued during the construction period.
∎ Prepare a Monthly Progress Reports.
∎ Review and comment on the nominated sub-contractors.
∎ Maintain a full control on safety measures and all statutory and contractual obligations
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
∎ Communicate Turkish vendors for equipment supply.
∎ Prepare weekly report in Turkish and present to Client in weekly meetings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years related experience.
∎ Strong analytical and critical problem solving skills with a high attention to details
∎ Advanced computer skills (Ms Office, MS Project, Autocad, SAP2000)
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to an audience of professionals, management and staff with a broad range of technical skills
∎ Fluency in Turkish both writing and speaking
∎ Have experience with Turkish Client and knowledge of Turkish Standards and Specifications.
