Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil from reputed public or private universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for heavy Construction site work and activities for getting order of Railway, Roadbed supervision
∎ Supervising and leading the Construction team and effectively communicating with the potential customers.
∎ Need to be good experience with related project and Foreign company project
∎ Project planning, project execution, drawing and maintaining the project's technical data, documents and files.
∎ Preparing and reviewing the customer's technical documentation and requirements.
∎ Analyzing and keeping track record of relevant developments in the constructions industries.
∎ Ensuring maximum satisfaction for the customers and suppliers.
∎ Good capability to manage the worker and site development
∎ Scheduling and attending meetings with top management as per requirements.
∎ Responsible for execution, construction, and erection of all engineering works and activities of project sites.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Must have foreign project site engineering experience at least 4-6 year(s), otherwise no need to apply.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area (s):
∎ If know about Chinese language speaking and communication skilled then it might be good for top management better priory
∎ Must have working experience in dealing with projects of Bridge, culvert, Plant construction, BBA, RTHD, PGCB, BREB, PDB, RHD, Bangladesh Railway related project and other govt. and private organization site etc.
∎ Bidding, tendering/e-tendering related experience.
∎ 3-5 Years in any foreign related industry or experience in construction industry will get preference.
∎ Willingness to work in a team proactively and independently.
∎ Very good understanding of technical issue of constructions
∎ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills along with high level of planning and organizational skills.
∎ Very good presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent working knowledge in MS Excel, e-mail, and the internet
Salary: Negotiable
