Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast Knowledge in preparing BOQ, rate analysis for residential & commercial buildings, estimation and cost analysis. If you meet these, then proceed further.
∎ Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) as per drawing
∎ Select, measure and track important metrics
∎ Should have to visit sites and markets to do the estimates.
∎ Perform complex analysis of collected data and metrics
∎ Suggest & use best quantity of materials as per location/nature of work
∎ Maintain a price list of major construction materials.
∎ Include value-engineering ideas on every proportion.
∎ Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to understand architectural, structural, plumbing, & Electrical drawings.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of project management
∎ Should have enough knowledge about computer to process all information as per requirement.
∎ Must have practical experience in bill checking and maintaining documents.
∎ Must have enough knowledge about constructional materials.
