∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Civil Engineering from Reputed Universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Construction Building, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise construction work at project site.
∎ Contractor & Labor handling, Quality check of construction materials.
∎ Cost Management & Estimating.
∎ Responsible for 2D, 3D & other Engineering Software, Auto Cad.
∎ Coordination with Architect, Engineers, Civil Contractors and Site Team.
∎ Internal Co-ordination to other department like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Finance & Administration etc.
∎ Any other duties assigned by departmental head as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be computer literate in AutoCAD/ MS Word/ MS Excel/ Power Point etc.
∎ Strong analytical, Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
