∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Outside of Dhaka City Area at company cost at site
∎ Employment Status: 8 Hours

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ Responsible for follow up the design and drawing. Also responsible for materials & estimate costs for the project.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) Experience of Supervision of Site Construction.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Excel, MS Project, and Auto Cad would be beneficial.
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self motivated.

Salary: Negotiable
