∎ B.Sc (B.Sc- Candidate is Preferable)
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Working experience Cost Estimator/Interior with government/non government tender/authority.
∎ Workplace : Work at office & Project

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure progress of the Interior works as per schedule.
∎ To maintain project cost by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To ensure that all logistics supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
∎ To prepare interior progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
∎ To manage Civil Construction Project in rural area.
∎ To cost estimate/ prepare BOQ/tender costing preparation.
∎ 5 years experience must be in interior and furniture preferable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent must be a very good planner.
∎ Ability to work under any circumstances.
∎ Ability to speak in English fluently.

Salary: Negotiable
