Job Context:
∎ We are looking for civil engineers who are knowledgeable about all construction processes and practices and who can manage a team of experts from several disciplines to get the best outcomes.
∎ To join our team, we`re looking for a qualified, skilled, and knowledgeable Civil Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible for project planning, budgeting, reduce cost, schedule, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Work closely and efficiently with Site Engineer, Sun-contractors and professionals regarding various issues.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience to understand the construction drawings like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical and interior drawing, specifications and quality control.
∎ Scheduling control and Prepare project work schedule & reporting of project work progress as daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Maintain records of work done by contractors & contractor management and Bill preparation.
∎ Estimate materials quantities as per drawing & BOQ.
∎ Prepare Budget as per BOQ, Drawing.
∎ Preparing regular cost report, including out-turn cost flow.
∎ Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
∎ Estimating the cost of variation.
∎ Measure and value the work done on site.
∎ Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
∎ Collect regular materials update from site.
∎ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
∎ Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have leadership skill
∎ Have management skill
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary - (Negotiable)
