∎ We are looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic individual to manage the Civil Compliance and shape a vision in line with the established policies, principles and operating practice of the Group:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the drawing as per ACCORD, Alliance, NFPA, BLR-15 and other Acts
∎ Provide guide line/assistance to the relevant department such as Structural, Planning, Civil, Electrical, Fire & Safety etc. in case of implementation works base on the different standards
∎ Coordinate with Engineering Team to get the drawing approval from ACCORD/Alliance
∎ Coordinate with Planning, Structural, Architect and Civil Engineers of the group
∎ Monitor and implement the works as all factories of the group as per ACCORD, Alliance, NFPA, BLL, BLR15, and others laws and standards
∎ Conduct an monthly 'Internal Audit' in all factories based on ACCORD/Alliance standard
∎ Prepare the report for ACCORD/Alliance remediation visit and CAP in consultation with line manager
∎ Keep and maintain all relevant records and documents regarding ACCORD/Alliance

∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Basic knowledge on Structural, Electrical, Fire & Safety requirements as per BNBC, NFPA, BLL2006, BLR15, Alliance & ACCORD standards
∎ Good people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
