∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall management and supervision of constructions works in the projects;
∎ Prepare building plan & detailed estimation for housing / building construction;
∎ Make all types of architectural, structural, sanitary, plumbing and electrical drawing (sketch and layouts);
∎ Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Technical files and keep/preserve office documents in an organized way;
∎ Review the project in details by making bar-chart, schedule deliverables, materials & costs estimation;
∎ Coordinate direct construction workers and deal with subcontractors consultant and client;
∎ Review the work progress on a daily & weekly basis;
∎ Ensure compliance of office order and safety regulations;
∎ Report project status and Prepare progress report & interim/revised project schedule;
∎ Coordinate with the supply team /suppliers to ensure timely supply of materials;
∎ Ensure overall quality of the construction works;
∎ Prepare measurement book & other site related documentations;
∎ Work with different sectors/projects to develop construction/ repair-maintenance plans and Budget;
∎ Recommend/suggest for necessary update/adaptation in construction policy;
∎ Take action to solve all site related issues coordinating with appropriate authority;
∎ Make sure all construction works are done incompliance with approved drawing, design & specification;
∎ Maintain time & workmanship to complete any construction work by schedule time;
∎ Explore and implement new technologies that yield cost effective outputs;
∎ Carry-out other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer
∎ Expert user of MS Office & MS Excel application, Auto CAD and design related software.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ Ability to manage change and implement new processes.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure
∎ Good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
∎ Willingness to work extra-hours
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
