Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor's degree from any Reputed Engineering University.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institution with at least 06 years hand on experience from piling work to handover the Highway, Building, Railway, Hydraulic engineering projects construction etc.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Quantity surveying and cost estimation
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), Auto CAD, Tendering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering. The applicants should have, Auto CAD, Tendering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training work.
∎ Participate in project implementation management, organizing and managing subordinates Investigating the price of Labor, Material, Machinery and local market supply capacity, logistics and transportation, taxation, etc. Investigating and updating quarterly for construction cost index of Highway, Building, Railway and Hydraulic engineering.
∎ Ability to work independently for preparing documents of Technical & Price bid for different fields of Building construction, Railway and Hydraulic engineering and participating in the design work.
∎ Participate in the whole process of EPC/PPP project, including development, operation, negotiation and bidding.
∎ Monthly maintenance the relationship with relevant government authorities, local subcontractors, suppliers, local banking institutions, local design & consulting institutions.
∎ Organizing monthly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 year (s) work experience in the field of Highway, Building, Railway, and Hydraulic engineering projects construction. Ability to prepare bidding documents of technical bid and price bid, independently. Understand some work content of Highway, Building, Railway, and Hydraulic engineering projects construction.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bengali and familiar with Bangladesh Civil engineering area.
∎ Ability to prepare bidding documents engineering design.
∎ Familiar with the development, operation and bidding of EPC/PPP projects.
∎ At least ONE work experience in the development, operation and bidding of EPC/PPP project, with the minimum contract amount US$30 million.
∎ At least FIVE project bidding experience in different engineering field. Organized project bidding independently in TWO engineering fields.
∎ Able to work in high-intensity & overtime and Business travel in Bangladesh or other countries.
∎ Have a wide network of contacts and good relations with Government authorities, Banking Institutions, Design and consulting institutions and Construction corporations.
∎ Responsibilities:

∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications, Auto CAD, Civil Engineering, Internet browsing etc.
