Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate having exposure in Business development in Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Industries, Bridge and Infrastructure Development & Construction Project.
∎ Visit to most of the infrastructure projects across the country for business development.
∎ Mechanical - Civil - Electrical Engineering & Construction Project & Erection & Fabrication works procurement & implementation, Plan & monitors the progresses of the project.
∎ To co-ordinate with Designers (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers etc.) and provide necessary decisions to execute the Project.
∎ Prepare Engineering Design, Drawing, Planning, Estimation, Sourcing, Cost Analysis, and BOQ & Commercial Offer for EPC projects.
∎ The candidate has excellent knowledge on Engineering & Construction, Project Management, Supervision, Operation & Maintenance, Heavy Lifting - Haulage Plan, Work Procedure, Mythology, Contract Agreement, and Documentation, bidding Tender etc.
∎ Having knowledge & Experience in Q-HSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment).
∎ Carry out regular field visits to project sites to monitor construction works, take necessary measures for rectification and achieve standard quality of site development infrastructures;
∎ Promote margin improvement opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
∎ Supervise construction work at project site.
∎ Contractor & Labour handling, Quality check of construction materials.
∎ Cost Management & Estimating.
∎ Coordination with Architect, Engineers, Civil Contractors and Site Team.
∎ Internal Co-ordination to other department like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Finance & Administration etc.
∎ Responsible for the proper constructions project management to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project site
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experiences on above fields
∎ Qualifications & experiences relax-able in case of really deserving candidates who are well experienced in this field.
∎ Proficiency in Auto CAD and excellent technical competency.
