Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Structural Analysis & Design High rise RCC Residential & Commercial Buildings.
∎ Supervising the parts of construction projects
∎ Overseeing building works.
∎ Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
∎ Coordinate with Structural & Architectural Team.
∎ Meeting with clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Civil Engineering, Project Management, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Engineering Firms,
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in RCC Projects
∎ Capability to read architectural plan
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect
∎ Commercial awareness - an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
∎ Team working and communication
∎ Technical skills
∎ Capable to work under Pressure
∎ Effective communication skills, negotiation skills & capable to convince clients to make business
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Multi-tasking ability, have to handle site, client and marketing simultaneously.
