∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detail Engineering Assessment of multi-storied RCC & Prefabricated Steel Building (Residential, Commercial & Industrial) as per NTPA/BNBC/ACI/ASCE guidelines.
∎ Structural Design of Residential/¬Commercial/Industrial Building as per BNBC guidelines.
∎ Structural Design of different structures of telecom sector/power station.
∎ Detail Construction Drawing Preparation as per BNBC/RAJUK guideline.
∎ BOQ Estimation of multi-storied RCC & Steel Shed Designed Building.
∎ Structural Safety audit at Telecom/RMG/GOVT./BANK Sector.
∎ Under-construction and ongoing retrofitting site supervision all over the country.
∎ Supervise & execute construction of Multi-storied Residential, Commercial, Industrial Building projects including pile, basement, and super-structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical, Fire Fighting system and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Responsible for comprehensive project plan formulating and updating as necessary for timely project completion, scheduling, cost control, being in constant synchronization with coordinators, maintaining liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers or any other entity involved in the project and keeping record of progress.
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring of deployed labor force, equipment, machinery & resources.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Rate analysis and preparation of estimate of construction materials, building layout and bar bending schedule and sub-contractors bills.
∎ On time requisition of Fund/ Materials/ Construction related equipment and also ensure the quality of construction material. Responsible for optimum resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Identifying dependencies and obstacles of tasks and projects & resolving them to ensure smooth progression & completion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Candidates who are self-driven & motivated; able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidates having excellent computer skill in Engineering Software like AutoCAD, ETABS, and Staad Pro etc. and in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
∎ Must be flexible with working extended hours following project requirements.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibilities smoothly.
∎ Professional behavior, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
∎ Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Any other engineering tasks assigned by the top management.
∎ Commitment to continue for at least 2 years.
