∎ Job Location:West Matikata,Cantronment,Dhaka-1216.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
∎ To prepare monthly program with material budget as per master program.
∎ To prepare the estimate for form-work, structural and finishing works.
∎ To study the drawings and construction documents and prepare construction schedule and daily activity plan.
∎ To ensure the construction progress according to construction schedule.
∎ To keep record of change/modification and maintain documentation.
∎ To take measurement of completed works and keep record in the Measurement Book.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations
∎ Preparation of work methodology, safe work procedure & risk analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 38 years
∎ 4/5 years' experience in Real Estate sector in case of Diploma Engineers.
∎ Should have Minimum 01 project handover experience.
∎ Vast Knowledge about Structure, Construction, Finishing work and Project Management.
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking.
∎ Sound knowledge of Real Estate Law.
∎ Detail understanding of RAJUK rules & Regulations
∎ Hands on experience on computer
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Self-motivated & self-driven
∎ Result oriented approach
∎ Well organized & disciplined
