Job Context:
∎ Begum Gul Chemonara (BGC) Trust located at 34 km away from Chattogram City in a place popularly known as BGC Bidyanagar, Chandanaish, Chattogram, invites application for the position of Civil Engineer for immediate appointment.
∎ Job Location: BGC Bidyanagar, Chandanaish, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of projects, Construction plans and work schedule.
∎ Preparation of work procedures of construction works.
∎ Ensure quality of work is maintained as per the design and specification.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction works and sub-contractors.
∎ Prepare & maintain site measurement book.
∎ The candidate should be the following expertise:
∎ Understanding basic civil engineering functions like civil working drawing, site preparation, ground levelling, concrete foundation & finishing work.
∎ Understanding field measurement and marking, survey work & site area utilization supervision.
∎ Planning to use equipment at most cost effective way.
∎ Inform the problem arises at site, to superior and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality, stock-control.
∎ Maintenance of all civil work.
∎ Others duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge over AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and different types of Drawings.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
∎ Computer knowledge MS-Office must.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability.
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self motivated.
