Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advice about strategic and operational issues of the civil construction.
∎ Set up the estimates, budgets, construction timetable and Construction strategy.
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage/coordinate Site personnel for the erection works.
∎ Deal with contractors
∎ Frequent Site Visit and submitting report to GM
∎ Ensuring proper rectification works of Factory Assignment Projects
∎ Ensuring erection/construction works according to erection/construction drawing.
∎ Assuring quality of erection/Construction works.
∎ Managing site supervisor and Technician.
∎ Reporting status of project in daily basis to Project Engineer / GM / Appropriate Authority
∎ Preparing everyday construction plan and follow the plan strictly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 Years working experience in manufacturing Industry.
∎ Minimum 03 years in current Job is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Working Knowledge of textile machineries/ spinning machineries and Utilities will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in using Auto CAD and structural analysis by stadpro.
