Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering.
∎ Applicants with BSC on Civil Engineering/Architecture/ Fine Arts certificate can also apply.
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/ RUET/ CUET/ HSTU/ SUST/ RUST/ DUET or any reputed private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Understanding the architectural design
∎ Having details knowledge on auto cad
∎ Having knowledge on EGP tender and BOQ preparation.
∎ Carry out the project activities based on design
∎ Having proper knowledge on Interior project implementation
∎ Capability to make 3D drawing will give competitive advantage
∎ Willing to give time in our outlets to demonstrate the clients regarding interior materials, interior projects and so on.
∎ At least 3 years practical experience as in reputed Real Estate, Group of Companies.
∎ He should be skilled in CAD (2D & 3D) design development, project construction planning, estimation of BOQ, CPM etc.
∎ Should be ready to join very immediately
∎ Candidates from Real Estate Background will get preference.
∎ The incumbent should be skilled enough to execute and implement the complete construction works including civil, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing works any real estate or township project of at least 3 buildings under his own responsibility.
∎ He should be skilled in CAD design development, construction planning, estimation of BOQ, CPM etc.
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
∎ Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
∎ Candidate should have good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and BV experience will give preferable.
∎ Good Knowledge about BNBC 2006.
∎ Prepare project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies; assembling data.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
∎ Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Construction, 2D (Auto Cad), 3D CAD * Staadpro The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Interior Design/Realstate/Germents Industry, Constriction.
∎ Frequently inspect project sites to monitor progress.
∎ Prepare or present public reports.
∎ Auto CAD, ETabs Design Skills.
∎ Conceptual Skills, LISP,
∎ Problem Solving capacity.
