Responsibilities & Context:
- Project Planning & Design: Collaborate with staff to develop, review, and finalize project designs, specifications, and schedules.
- Technical Management: Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process, submittals, and project documentation.
- Budget & Scheduling: Monitor expenditures, track project costs, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Site Coordination: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction complies with safety codes and design standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical issues and coordinate with teams to implement solutions.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Assess vendor capabilities, review bids, and manage contract subcontracts.
