Installation/ Erection, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main duty will be to ensure the quality of construction works and project completion, ready to work under stress and pressure.
∎ To experience in Mason, Carpeting, Plumbing & civil related fitting works
∎ Monitor the performance and regular feedback in the documented form upkeep of all the documents for future use
∎ Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement
∎ Ability to act, guide and improve current vendor rating, vendor selection and purchase policy
∎ Others duties will be assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have 3 year(s) experience for B.Sc Engineering and 5+ year(s) experience for Diploma Engineering in the relevant field
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Strong on product knowledge, technical and quality analysis
∎ Should be a computer literate
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
