Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any well reputed Engineering Universities

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to prepare construction project Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material of Quantities (MOQ), Quotation, Estimation and Budgeting;
∎ Must be good at on understanding drawings and designs;
∎ Must be able to do pricing/forecasting the cost of the materials needed for the project;
∎ Must be able to prepare contracts, budgets, quotations and other documentations;
∎ Must be able to track changes in the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly;
∎ Should be well versed in preparing and arranging documents for tender proposal submission and participating in tender bidding;
∎ Should be able to procure/obtain the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project;
∎ Should be able to measure and value of the work done on the site;
∎ Should be good at on the assessment of construction work done as per design;
∎ Should be able to maintain checklist, quality report, progress report regularly;
∎ Should be able to prepare and justify sub-contractor bill as per physical measurement of work;
∎ Should be able to check inventory report, ledger on regular basis and plan for proper store management of materials;
∎ Should be able to perform any other job assigned by the management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must be good at using Auto-CAD, MS-Excel, MS-Word and other project oriented software.
∎ Should be hardworking, proactive & self-responsible and have the ability to work under pressure/deadline.
∎ Should be well-organized & good team-player and be able to lead a team;
∎ Should have the ability to understand, comprehend and implement civil drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports;
∎ Should have the experience of working in big construction projects;
