∎ Chinese Customer Support Executive (Chinese, Night Shift, Narayanganj)Location: Narayanganj(Chashara)Shift: Night (8 PM – 5 AM)Salary: Hourly basis with paid leave and other policy after one month of training(paid).We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Narayanganj. If you're fluent in Chinese and English, passionate about helping others, and comfortable working night shifts, we’d love to hear from you!Experience: At least 1 yearThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Call Center, Garments & textile, Interpreter.Freshers are also encouraged to apply.RequirementsAge at least 18 years- Excellent fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English (must)- O/A Level background preferred- 1–2 years of experience in Chinese speaking customer service, Interpreter Service - Strong communication and problem solving skills- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure- Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM) Key Responsibilities:· -Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or call Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction· -Logging interactions and reporting issues to the supervisor· -Working collaboratively with the team to improve customer experienceMust Have· - Fluent in Chinese Reading, Writing and Speaking (No exception)· - Fluent in English and Bangla· - Basic computer, Internet browsing and Google docs skill.Compensation & Other Benefits· - Over time allowance· - Dinner & Snacks: Full Subsidize· - Salary Review: Yearly· - Festival Bonus: 2· - Friendly work environment Opportunity to learn and grow - Flexible hourly-based payment with paid leave· - Career growth in international support services Festival Bonus
