∎ Managing servers in a cloud environment - Oracle Cloud, Digital Ocean.

Job Context:
∎ The role of this position is to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives, responsible to set strategies and drive technology decisions on behalf of the organization including managing a team of IT.
∎ Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
∎ Develop, track and control the annual operating and capital budgets of IT initiatives.
∎ Develop and Implement SoPs for data protection and quality assurance, as well as prepare & maintain development documents.
∎ Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT software and IT systems.
∎ Define and communicate corporate procedures, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating new network systems, equipment, software, and other technologies.
∎ Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
∎ Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
∎ Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management,
∎ Software Design, Software Development (Frontend and Backend), Software Implementation.
∎ Experience preferred in: Software Company, Healthcare Industry.
