Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Survey
∎ Diploma from Survey institute will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Survey

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise in the execution of surveying and inspection of properties and sites to provide information for construction Projects.
∎ Supervise in the inspection of properties on a regular basis to determine need for alterations and repairs.
∎ Check all shop drawings prepared to ensure the completion of the required activities.
∎ Check calculation of quantities for project activities such as (earthwork cut & fill, asphalt, etc.) to be used as support documents for cost estimation and calculation invoices.
∎ Participate in preparation of tender documentation, including the compilation of designs, drawings, specifications etc, and make recommendations on tenders received.
∎ Assign tasks and assignments to the surveying team and monitor their performance and work output to ensure that works are done effectively.

∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in MRT project will get preference

Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 105000 (Monthly)
