∎ 1) Implementation of the 10-story Condominium construction project at Baridhara Diplomatic Zone.
∎ 2) Liaison, Monitor, and Track the project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
∎ 3) Conduct regular site inspections to asses work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ 4) Implement quality control measures to meet the highest construction standards.
∎ 5) Perform inspection and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.
∎ 6) Sourcing quality materials for the projects.
∎ 7) Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stockholders.
