Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Retired Army Officer required who has Minimum educational qualification B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University .
∎ Ability to work with Military Engineering Service ( MES) projects
∎ Engage in Military Engineering Service (MES) project activities and it's Planning, Operation & Maintenance, and Civil Engineering
∎ Attend all MES projects related meetings at MES offices and project sites
∎ Must have ability to negotiation & deals with MES office on MES project related issues
∎ Engage other projects outside the MES for Co-Ordination , Planning & operation.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and report to the management.
∎ Monitor & maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis .
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communications skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, instant decision making skills;
∎ Excellent knowledge of project management (Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Execution
∎ etc.);
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS office , Business Letter Writing skill & E-mailing;
∎ A team leader committed to achieve the overall objectives of the project.
