∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Directors of the company and manage multi-year strategic planning of the company
∎ Develop and execute daily & monthly production plans to ensure efficient production and reduction in factory overheads
∎ Efficient Inventory Management at factory and depot level
∎ Increase Automation and Management of manpower at factory
∎ Reducing financing costs and market returns
∎ Ensure efficient and timely procurement of raw materials and machinery
∎ Continually manage SKU recipes / size / trade price to maximize profitability in addition to identifying and discontinuing loss making products
∎ Oversee feasibility studies and entry in to new products
∎ Develop and execute Marketing Budget and manage marketing & digital marketing campaigns
∎ Develop training program for Sales representatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ideal candidate will have at least 15+ years of operations Management experience in food or consumer goods manufacturing
∎ Needs to have strong experience in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
∎ The COO must have a thorough knowledge of contemporary manufacturing methodologies, have strong vision and coaching mentality as well as a proven track record of successfully managing a complex and fast paced operation

Salary: Negotiable
