∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
∎ Analysis of overall business & ensure the growth of project.
∎ Oversee daily operations and the work of executives
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
∎ To coordinate with related departments to ensure required production
∎ To evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
∎ To improve the productivity & reduce wastage
∎ To identify & select required resource
∎ To monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
∎ To ensure monitoring for proper implementation of health and safety guidelines
∎ To review work performance & identify training needs of staff.
∎ To report required data to concern CEO & Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have experienced as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
∎ Must have working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skill & self-motivated
∎ Must have outstanding analytical skills with a strong background in quantitative analysis and problem solving
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computer including MS office, internet &E-mail
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Willingness to travel (Home and Abroad).
Salary: Negotiable
