Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
∎ Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
∎ Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with higher Management.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
∎ Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
∎ Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
∎ Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Lead key Projects with R&D to Support InstituteGoals.
∎ Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing Systems and study the potential of new technology.
∎ Provide career guidance and support to educate and motivate students.
∎ Coordinate with Business Development Team and Software Developer Team.
∎ Work with Mentors and Develop Course Outline and E-Learning System.
∎ Oversee complex research projects, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings.

Additional Requirements:

∎ 3-4 or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
∎ Proven experience in Chief Operating Office or relevant role.
∎ Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
∎ Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities will give you more advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
∎ Time management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills and Good Leadership Qualities.
∎ Deep Knowledge oftechnology (E-Learning& E-Commerce Management Systems).
∎ Knowledge of Digital Content Planning and Design.
∎ Strong Knowledge of effective Digital Marketing.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Working Hours: 10 AM to 08 PM.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly and Based on Performance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
