∎ Must be Pro-active, Disciplined & Program oriented.
∎ Must have strong MARKETING knowledge to sale Real Estate products.
∎ Must have total knowledge about Logistics & Construction until achievement of finished products ie; apartments & commercial spaces.
∎ Finally must be target oriented & fruitful achievements is No. 1 requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-10 year(s) Practical Experience in a similar/senior position in any Real Estate company.
∎ Those who are confident to make sure about all the REAL-ESTATE activities must have to be done A-Z through Junior & Senior Person/s under his dynamic leadership should apply.
∎ Must be flexible with working hours, weekends and holidays.
∎ Must be punctual and dedicated Team-leader.
