Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in any Discipline, MBA in Marketing will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop long and short-term strategies and plan for growth.
∎ Should be responsible and will focus on shoe branding throughout business development.
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Collect information about competitors' activities in the market.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers' expectations.
∎ Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
∎ Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
∎ Provide inspired leadership company-wide. Make high-level decisions about policy & strategy.
∎ Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, help with recruiting.
∎ Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
∎ Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Export Marketing/Retail Sales/Brand developing in Shoe Marketing Sector etc.
∎ Knowledge balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting.
∎ Experience with corporate governance.
∎ Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
