Educational Requirements:
∎ MD or PhD in Life Science/Bio-Technology or related Field/ Regenerative Medicine

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages all aspects of the business including its activities and relationships with its Management Board, Directors, customers, guests, employees, community, government and industry;
∎ Develop business plan and present in Board meeting as well as finalize based on suggestions from Board Members and orient marketing team for execution;
∎ Development, implement and evaluation of patient safety measures;
∎ Need to be conversant with financial management practices including budgeting and its implementation;
∎ A commitment to improve quality of healthcare and ensure patient satisfaction;
∎ Developing Lab policies and procedures, regularly reviewing policies and procedures, and revising as and when necessary; Foster an environment conducive to the recruitment of quality healthcare staff;
∎ Ensuring organizational compliance with regulations, laws, procedures and policies;
∎ Ensure excellent communication skills, and be able to develop good relationships with a number of key groups, including the board of directors, medical staff, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders;
∎ Managing scientific and research operation;
∎ Define and agree goals and milestones with the managers and staff and ensure communication and alignment to the respective teams;
∎ Follow up as appropriate to ensure achievement of goals;
∎ To plan, direct and supervise all activities of the medical services;
∎ Supervise & guide of all medical personnel;
∎ Providing technical and administrative support to technical team;
∎ Helping marketing team to regulate the various investigations for promotion;
∎ Ensuring Quality, Accuracy, Safety and Turnaround Time (TAT);
∎ Use a variety of identification methods, including molecular techniques, to test samples
∎ Provide executive management and leadership for assigned functions;
∎ Works with other managers, senior managers and client contacts to provide consultation and services oversight;
∎ Develop operational metrics and maintain reporting for functional areas;
∎ Optimize the efficiency of each main business process by evaluating and implementing standard best practices;
∎ Specific operational responsibilities within the Information Technology function: internal/client technical support, systems availability, project management and task delivery;
∎ Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement;
∎ Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and longterm objectives;
∎ Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting;
∎ Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
∎ Development, implement and evaluation of patient safety measures;
∎ Need to be conversant with financial management practices including budgeting and its implementation;
∎ Developing Lab policies and procedures, regularly reviewing policies and procedures, and revising as and when necessary;
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years

∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar job is must
∎ Proven track record in basic research and /or drug development in stem cell biology, genome editing or molecular cellular biology;
∎ Experience managing scientists with demonstration of both leadership and partnership
∎ Ability to excel in cross-functional collaborations both internally and externally
∎ Ability to quick identify gaps, agile in adapting and learning on the job;
∎ Ability to think critically, synthesize and extract simple principle from complex datasets;
∎ Communicate effectively across board spectrum of audience with excellent written skills;
∎ Experience in scientific guidance on strategic and operating decisions, setting strategy and performance goals;
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong people skills.
∎ Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Sound knowledge in MS applications programs
