∎ B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, BSc in Mech. Engineering, Chemical from foreign or local reputed University.
∎ Job Location:- Dhaka, Dhaka (Dhamrai)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Industry experience in an Aluminium Foil Mill and converting unit plant.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aluminium Foils Rolling Mill, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, and Packaging Industry.
∎ Hands on experience in Operations & International Marketing.
∎ The incumbents should have For Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager- Sales & Marketing -Aluminum Foil Rolling Mill Production and Sales & Marketing, and Alu Alu & Special Glazing Paper Foil Products at least 18 year(s) to 20 year(s) experience in Aluminum Foil Mills and Converting unit.
∎ Hands on experience on Aluminum Foil Rolling Mill Production is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expert in Rolling of Aluminium / Aluminium Alloys (10 mm to 0.006 mm),Brass, Copper/Copper Alloys (from 16 mm to 0.30 mm).Hands on experience in latest Rolling Mills with AGC,SFC etc.
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule and select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
∎ Expert in Rolling of Aluminium / Aluminium Alloys (10 mm to 0.006 mm),Brass,Copper/Copper Alloys (from 16 mm to 0.30 mm).Hands on experience in latest Rolling Mills with AGC,SFC etc.
∎ Manufacturing Process design & development for Rolling Mill.
∎ Exposed to entire operations of manufacturing plant including the functions of Supply Chain & Materials, Quality, Production, Production Planning & Control, and Product Development etc.
∎ Demonstrated abilities in controlling parameters pertaining to quality, productivity, material consumption and inventories. Possess excellent analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
∎ Looking after the export value added range in SAARC Countries, Middle East, Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya & South Africa.
∎ Supervise the operation of rolling, separating and roll-grinding.
∎ Project consist of 1850mm wider ACHENBACH- 4 HIGH UNIVERSAL FOIL ROLLING MILL, Separator, Rewinder, Roll Grinder, 6 nos. Annealing Furnaces and utilities accordingly.
∎ Overall responsibility for completion of Rolling Mill projects and converting unit project and after that starting from planning to dispatch of finished materials and always coordination with marketing persons.
∎ Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers.
∎ Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g., suppliers, managers, clients
∎ Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
∎ Collate and analyses data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers.
