∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Context:
∎ Directly reporting to Board of Director
∎ He will be a leader of supervising a team consisting of own people and franchises also.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Courier services System Development and Operational set up.
∎ To makes proper Courier service plan, Documentations and execute for Courier service development.
∎ Create Courier service organogram and Set service related policies and processes.
∎ Continue communication with all types of customers, dealers and related Govt. Administration, for best services.
∎ Should have practical Service knowledge and Service team Management experience on Courier service.
∎ Service System Development, Procurement and Help to Product loading-unloading by continuously. Service Report Analysis.
∎ Third Party Service Management and Bill Checking.
∎ Continuously Service Center, working place, Dealer Point Visit and Take Feedback for Service Development.
∎ New Employees Selection and Arrange Training for Skill Development.
∎ Make Ensure Quality Service System, Quality Man Power, Good Service Environment and Customer Satisfaction.
∎ Control budgets and optimize expenses against service.
∎ Oversee day-to-day service operations.
∎ Prepare regular reports for upper management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Should have practical Service knowledge with documentation and Service team Management experience on Courier services.
