Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Welfare/Social Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and implementation of the decision of Board of Trustees (BOT);
∎ To formulate internal policy to implement the project, which is approved by BOT’s;
∎ Fund sourcing and releasing;
∎ Relation with various regulatory bodies;
∎ Relation with donor agencies;
∎ To formulate and implement projects as per BOT’s approval;
∎ To ensure smooth operational activities of the trust;
∎ To plan monthly, quarterly and yearly budget;
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the BOT’s.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Fundraising in NGO/Development Organization experience is a must
∎ Sharp & Elegant
∎ Fluency in Bengali & English
∎ Possess strong communication & presentation skills
∎ Creative, competitive, decisive, negotiation and multilingual

Salary: Negotiable
