Job Context:
∎ N:B: Only for Retired DIG (Deputy Inspector General) person.
∎ We are looking for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Ashiyan Group.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the delivery of high-quality consumer services while managing for current and future growth.
∎ Oversee the financial management of the organization, including long and short-range financial planning to assure sustainability; increase revenue; ensure financial controls and present an annual budget; provide regular budget statements and forecast analyses.
∎ Support and motivate the staff; facilitate cross-department collaboration and strengthen internal communications with staff throughout the organization.
∎ Create and promote a diverse workforce and a positive environment that supports consistency throughout the organization's operations.
∎ Oversee the administration and management.
∎ Establish and direct the organization's annual strategic agenda.
∎ Coordinate the development of new initiatives.
∎ Provide organizational leadership and guide senior managers responsible for departmental activities toward attainment of strategic goals and objectives.
∎ Responsible for delivering the best quality of patient care.
∎ Leadership while creating a positive and productive culture.
∎ Setting the following standards for operational excellence.
∎ Hire and retain qualified staff.
∎ Implement policies.
∎ Safeguard required compliance with State, Federal, and Customer Management System (CMS) regulations as well as hospital policies.

∎ Age 40 to 70 years

∎ A proven track record, in successfully managing revenue operations team.
∎ A high level of business awareness and acumen.
∎ Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
