Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry), Production/ Operation Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 55 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have minimum 25 years working experience with at least 20 years working experience in reputed Automobile Company.
∎ Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
∎ Candidate should have experience about Robotic Frame Fabrication. Candidate should have proven experience of working in Paint Shop. Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
∎ Results oriented with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines. Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets. Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
