∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and management skills.
∎ Applicants must have the qualities of high integrity, efficiency in institutional and project management, exceptional report writing and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To formulate business strategies and action plan to maximize market share and revenue of the company.
∎ Making Marketing Plan and Development of MIS.
∎ Achieving the revenue target set for each year.
∎ Guiding Engineering & Marketing team comprising of professional engineers and managers towards an efficient performance.
∎ To make the total organizational structure along with manpower requirement and all other logistical aspects for required support to the company operations.
∎ Should have succession plan for proper training to personnel of the company for development in respective field and make individual department self-reliant.
∎ Coordinate among different departments/ sections of the company & outside stakeholders for smooth functioning of the organization.
∎ Regularly submit report on your activities/action and recommendation which relates to your service.
∎ To lead, guide and direct the Marketing Team in execution of their sales task and activities for achieving the team’s monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI.
∎ To build and lead an effective and cohesive team.
∎ All aspects of the business concerning Sales & Marketing, Design & Development, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organization’s mission and drive the factory operations towards growth.
∎ To lead & coordinates overall operations including assigning duties, roster schedules, performance to meet revenue objectives of the company.
∎ Managing overall operations & setting the company’s strategic direction.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
