Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Dynamic qualified Chief Executive Officer experienced in Power Station Service
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (But sometimes travel to project areas will be needed)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to
∎ Responsible for total project planning and manage the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Direct and control the work and resources of the company and ensure the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives.
∎ Prepared a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
∎ Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms.
∎ Oversee the preparation of the annual report and accounts of the company and ensure their approval by the board.
∎ Any other engineering task assigned by the top management.
∎ Planning, managing and executing production operations.
∎ Responsible for ensuring process operation within permissible limits, cost control and efficiency improvement.
∎ monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
∎ ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
∎ supervise and motivate a team of workers
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance and human rights standards in the department.
∎ Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills required administrative, Buyer Handling, Sound knowledge about Renewable energy and electrical equipment.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Station Service, Energy renewable service, and Electrical equipment Institution.
∎ Oversees experience would be preferable
