∎ About the Role:We are looking for a visionary leader to take on the role of CEO for our asset management company. As the CEO, he/she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Business, including fund raising, strategy, operations, finance, and human resources. He/she will report to the Board of Directors and work closely with senior management to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CEO shall be responsible for all the growth and risk of AMC.
∎ Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth and profitability.
∎ Provide leadership to the senior management team and ensure effective execution of the company's strategy.
∎ Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve business objectives.
∎ Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and investors.
∎ Oversee the company's risk management framework and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Develop and implement a talent management strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record of success as a CEO, COO, or CFO in the asset management company or any other financial institutions.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
∎ Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies.
∎ Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Having experience of dealing with foreign investor is prefer.
