Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Oversight:
∎ Supervise and manage engineering staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
∎ Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations of properties to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.
∎ Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize asset longevity and minimize operational disruptions.
∎ Project Management:
∎ Lead and manage construction and renovation projects, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
∎ Review and approve engineering designs, blueprints, and specifications.
∎ Compliance and Safety:
∎ Ensure that properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to building codes, safety, and environmental standards.
∎ Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment for all working teams.
∎ Budgeting and Cost Control:
∎ Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.
∎ Identify cost-effective solutions for property maintenance and improvements without compromising quality.
∎ Strategic Planning and Innovation:
∎ Contribute technical expertise to strategic planning for property development, acquisitions, and asset enhancement.
∎ Research and recommend innovative technologies or sustainable practices to improve property efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of on ground work experience in renowned real estate company.
∎ Minimum 15 years’ experience in property management, construction, and real estate development.
∎ Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead a team and manage multiple projects.
∎ In-depth knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and engineering design.
