Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering,
∎ Skills Required: 10 years + preferably in Govt civil works or road construction works,High rise with Basement Building Construction Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of basic civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, pile work, form work, foundation, building construction, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Physical Inspection of the Project Area.
∎ Budget Preparation, Preparation of Bill & BOQ.
∎ Distribution of works to Contractor's manpower & Cleaning and proper stacking of materials.
∎ Introduction of projects to clients
∎ Preparation of Technical Drawing
∎ Technical clarification in details
∎ Cost estimation of modification works through CSD
∎ Optimal use of materials by ensuring effective management & Wastage control.
∎ Wastage Minimization/Reuse Materials/Transfer unused materials to other projects.
∎ Sale of unused materials for revenue generation.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
∎ Ensure safety guideline to workers.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition and Material Receiving Report
∎ Physical verification of materials & regularly testing of materials.
∎ Detailed Scheduling of works.
∎ Coordinate and maintain Buyer-Supplier Accounts
∎ Communication & Liaising with Equipment Rental Agencies.
∎ Report to Management time to time.
