∎ Age 35 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise site Engineer and coordinate between Management and site.
∎ Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Estimation & Costing of Modification works.
∎ Look after both the structural & finishing stages of projects.
∎ Coordination with the design department for effective implementation of projects.
∎ Preparation of BOQ.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards.
∎ Monitoring and improving the Material requisition system.
∎ Preparing and implementing the Site Implementation Plan.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other landowners & clients to enhance team-building spirit.
∎ Look after customer & Landowner quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Communicate with a wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
