Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic leadership and direction for the administrative departments within the organization.
∎ Work closely with the CEO or executive team to develop and implement administrative strategies that align with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
∎ Supervise and manage various administrative departments such as HR, finance, operations, facilities, and customers.
∎ Responsible for planning, execution and operating the sales and marketing.
∎ Ensure that these departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
∎ Develop, manage, and oversee the organization's administrative and loan budget.
∎ Ensure that resources are allocated appropriately and that cost-effective measures are in place.
∎ Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Risk management programs to protect the organization from liability.
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
∎ Manage the physical facilities and infrastructure of the organization.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure they run smoothly.
∎ Invest in the professional development of administrative staff, encouraging their growth and advancement within the organization.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates on administrative matters
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
