Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering/Masters in Applied chemistry from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning for calibration and maintenance of all the equipment /instruments.
∎ Ensure preparation of any Volumetric Solutions, Test Solutions, Indicators etc. in Lab when and where require.
∎ Supervise In-process control such as washing units, emulsion units, phosphating unit, ED paint unit, DM water units and Environmental monitoring and safety of man and machines.
∎ Planning and manage the daily lab activities.
∎ Develop and maintain instrument/test methods, provide SOP accordingly.
∎ Comprehensively understand and implement the new/current methods utilized in the laboratory for testing.
∎ Motivate & train lab chemists/ technicians in new methods/ new instrument technique of analysis and keep records.
∎ Handling of all sophisticated analytical instruments with their background chemistry such as karl fischer titrator, potentiometric titrator etc.
∎ Communicate with suppliers /vendors to collect quotation /offers for chemicals /spares items/ accessories and check feasibility assessment & purchase.
∎ Purchase laboratory supplies, such as chemicals, when supplies are low or near their expiration date.
∎ Ensure all necessary tests of in-coming Chemical Raw Materials.
∎ Reporting and Documentation.
∎ To face/ conduct any visit or audit by any internal and external teams or other authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be skilled on MS Office, Outlook etc.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Should be Dynamic & Multitasking.
