Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive understanding of solution, gel, cream, including emulsion, suspension and colloids.
∎ Fill out forms and label samples to send out for testing.
∎ Verify test results and maintain an efficient log sheet.
∎ Studies effects of various methods of processing, preservation, and packaging on composition and properties of products such as color, texture, aroma, stability, shelf life.
∎ Maintain Chemical Database of all raw materials and samples
∎ Log and store all final products retention.
∎ Maintain lab cleanliness including but not limited to:
∎ Clean all equipment's /tools used in the lab
∎ Organize the Raw Sample Shelf and chemical inventory
∎ Restock empty chemical when needed
∎ Take samples of final products when needed and analyze them
∎ Calibrate lab equipment (pH meter, viscosity meter and so on) regular basis.
∎ Audits batch records and maintains recordkeeping in the lab as per batch production.
∎ Up-to-date information from chemical suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the development and manufacturing of personal care products/ Cosmetics/ Pharmaceutical products/ Food industry.
∎ Experience in the beauty/ cosmetics industry will be preferable.
∎ Proficient with IT skills (databases, MS Office etc).
∎ Excellent communication and time management skill.
∎ Good practice of laboratory health and safety issues.
