Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and facilitate development of innovative skin care as well as cosmetic products, line extensions and product improvements.
∎ Identify new/improved formulation technologies and implement them to meet project needs.
∎ Interact with customers and provide technical support via oral, presentation and written venues.
∎ Proactively scan and research new concepts, materials, technical opportunities and partnerships.
∎ Interfaces with all departments throughout the company and interacts with material suppliers.
∎ Monitor product stability for your own formulas.
∎ Analyze lab batch measuring physical parameters: Viscosity, pH, and Density
∎ Follow up with stability technician with on-going stabilities
∎ Prepares specifications for raw materials and formulations and communicate with Raw Material Vendors
∎ Documents projects through technology transfer documentation and project reports
∎ Interacts with external contract analytical labs to extend capabilities and manage external testing
∎ Analyzes information and evaluates results to identify issues and make recommendations and how they can be used

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years' practical experience in formulation and product development for cosmetic items, toiletries, etc
∎ Communicate using oral, written and electronic media.
∎ Communicate with various groups such as Regulatory, Supply Chain, procurement, Marketing and external suppliers (raw materials, packaging, services, equipment, contractors, etc.), vendors/suppliers and potential business technical partners.
∎ Works highly independently with minimum supervision using good judgment
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office and strong communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
