Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemical Engineering/Applied Chemistry from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform research and development activities for different type’s polymer processing and polymer material.
∎ Maintain all product improvement policies and promote efficient and safe lab operations to resolve same and ensure adherence to all process safety regulations.
∎ Develop new materials as per requirements and manage communication with all suppliers to develop new compounds and maintain expert knowledge on same.
∎ Analyze and recommend improvements to all materials to increase efficiency of all polymer processes and collaborate with relevant department.
∎ Perform routine laboratory analysis and provide standard testing method for raw material, semi-finished and finished goods.
∎ Ensure the optimized use of material and process operation.
∎ Ensure standard method and operation development for smooth running of polymer & chemical processes.
∎ Ensure routine testing, evaluation, selection and reporting for research and development purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a high level of numeracy skills.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should have good IT skills.
∎ Should have good analytical and diagnostic skills.
∎ Should know about the properties, characteristics and processing behavior of materials.
∎ Should have strong team working skills and the ability to lead a team.
∎ Should be able to find practical and innovative solutions to problems.
∎ Should have initiative and be able to identify opportunities for new product applications.
