Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Chemical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning and maximum utilization of resources (manpower, raw materials and machine).
∎ To manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
∎ To make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
∎ To set working plan and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ To set product quality standards and to monitor quality standards of products.
∎ To analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
∎ To determine and implement improvements to the production process.
∎ To prepare and maintain production report.
∎ To monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ To ensure safety guidelines, cleaning and housekeeping of the production floor as per SOP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be young and energetic.
∎ Doing work under more pressure.
∎ Capable to take more work load.
∎ Professional experience in Chemical.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
